...To say it in the words of Robin Sparkles. Today I explored Aventura Mall in Miami, and went to see 'If I stay'. Starting with the mall, I have to admit that they're not too different to the german ones - except maybe to the single stores - but the idea is the same, which is no surprise, since we copied it. So I had a closer look at the stores, and it was worth it. I found beautiful paper stores with great gifts and cute home stuff, I found a Hot Topic which just overwhelmed me with merchandise and is my new favourite thing, I went into the Disney store, just to find out they only sell child-sized costumes and I also backed up from Victoria's Secret after seeing their prices. Also, I had a really nice talk to someone working in something awesome calles 'It's sugar' who was almost as a huge fan of Lindt chocolate as I was of the cool stuff they sold.
...Um es in Robin Sparkles Worten zu sagen. Heute war ich in der Aventura Mall in Miami, und habe danach 'If I stay' im Kino gesehen.Um mit der Mall anzufangen, muss ich zugeben, dass sie sich nicht groß von denen in Deutschland unterscheidet - mal abgesehen von bestimmten Läden - aber die Idee bleibt dieselbe, was aber auch kein Zufall ist, da wir sie praktisch geklaut haben. Also hab ich mir die Läden mal genauer angeschaut, und das wars wert. Ich habe wunderschöne Schreibwarenläden gefunden die tolle Geschenke und süßen Deko-Kram hatten, Ich habe einen 'Hot Topic' gefunden der mich umgehauen hat mit Merchandise und mein neues Lieblingsding ist, Ich war im Disney-Laden, nur um festzustellen, dass sie die Kostüme nur in Kindergößen führen, und ich bin praktisch von Victoria's Secret weggelaufen als ich die Preise gesehen hab. Außerdem hatte ich eine sehr nette Unterhaltung mit jemanden der in einem Laden arbeitet der 'It's Sugar' heißt, und fast so großer Fan von Lindt Schokolade ist, wie ich von den Sachen die sie da hatten.

And yes, that's a Cheesecake Factory behind me, and I had to find out that eating a piece of cheesecake can actually turn into a real struggle. Afterwards I went to the movies, and I gotta say it was a good, rather sad movie. But even more sad were the prices. 9.75 for an afternoon show without any specials and 4.75 for a bottle of pseudowater. Wow. Still gonna do it again though, I just can't miss those movies. Saw the Mockingjay and the Maze Runner trailers. One word: goosebumps.
Und ja, das ist eine Cheesecake Factory hinter mir, und ich musste herausfinden, dass ein Stück Käsekuchen zu essen zu einer echten Herausforderung werden kann. Danach war ich noch im Kino, und ich muss sagen, der Film war gut, recht traurig. Aber noch trauriger waren die Preise. 9.75 für eine einfache Nachmittagsvorstellung ohne Extras und 4.75 für eine Flasche Pseudowasser. Wow. Ich muss trotzdem nochmal hin, denn ich kann diese Filme einfach nicht verpassen. Hab den Trailer zu Mockingjay und Maze Runner gesehen. Ein Wort: Gänsehaut.
